Maison Mi is what happens when a French baker meets a Chinese flavor genius. PS, a professionally trained French baker, brings the technique and precision while Yao brings the bold and unexpected flavors.
What started as a pandemic hobby turned into a pursuit of balance between tradition and innovation. We take French classics and mix them with Asian flavors like matcha, yuzu, black sesame, pandan, and so many more...
Everything we do is handmade in small batches, crafted with premium ingredients, care and intention.

Our Name "Maison Mi"
Why "Mi" you would ask... And that is a good question!
First, we're deeply French-Asian, and this name ]represents us best. "Mi" (蜜) means honey in Chinese, a core ingredient in our madeleines. "Mie" in French is the soft inside of bread, the crumb.
Also, together, "Maison Mi" sounds like "Mes Amis," how we see the community we're building here.
